Purchased this phone for my dad who is incredibly old school, and who is often intimidated by technology. He has had it for about two weeks now and has had zero challenges. For an affordable telephone, the Haven oozes high quality.. it is designed and built very nicely. It is larger than most flip phones (about the length and width of a credit card), but is extremely thin and light at the identical time with a nice, metal-type case that in no way feels affordable or plasticky like so lots of phones at present
